We are hiring a Facility Engineer to oversee the maintenance and operation of building systems, including MEP, HVAC, civil, and structural elements. The role involves implementing preventive maintenance, managing projects, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will be proactive, technically skilled, and capable of leading maintenance teams and coordinating with vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee maintenance and repair of all MEP, HVAC, civil, and structural systems
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve facility-related issues
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Monitor energy usage and recommend efficiency improvements
- Manage facility improvement projects from planning to execution
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and system performance logs
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized work
- Align engineering solutions with operational goals
- Provide technical guidance and training to facility staff
- Supervise maintenance technicians and support personnel
- Escalate critical issues to the Technical Services Manager as needed
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports as required

Essential Qualifications and
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with relevant facility management experience
- Minimum of three years of experience, including at least one year in the Gulf region
- Experience in building safety regulations and infrastructure management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of MEP and civil systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to undergo additional training if required
- Certifications such as PMP, CFM, or similar
- Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 41001
- Familiarity with QHSE management systems
