This Position reports to:
Project Manager.

In this role, you will execute service work of medium to high complexity as per work instructions and ABB guidelines. Each day you will deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers and showcase your expertise by working with customers to identify opportunities in the installed base to improve system performance and operational performance. The work model for the role is onsite.

This role contributes to the PAEN‑Qatar. Main stakeholders are PAEN.

• Contribute to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work as per customer order and expectations.
• Ensure customer retention by delivering superior customer experience and effectively communicating service work timelines and expectations.
• Take action to identify new service business opportunities for ABB, in close cooperation with customer and other ABB teams.
• Coach technicians and engineers and supervise complex site activities.

• Graduate Engineer in Electrical, Electronic or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years as Senior Field Services Engineer with experience in System and solutions 800xA with IEC
  61850, AC800M, PMS/ELICS/EMCS, engineering, documentation, testing and commissioning experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Analytical thinker, self‑starter, resilient and highly adaptable – in line with ABB’s latest advance service.
• Skillset in industrial communication protocols like IEC
  104, Modbus‑RTU & TCP, OPC, IEC
  61131.
• Experience in industrial networking and network switch configuration.
• Experience with ICs Cybersecurity competence is an added advantage.
