Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate civil engineering drawings and 3D models using BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D, Infra Works) and AutoCAD (2D/3D).
- Coordinate with Architectural and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration, especially for fit‑out and interior‑related works.
- Prepare and manage design documentation packages with high precision and timely submission.
- Review, verify, and comment on contractors' shop drawings and material submittals.
- Implement, follow, and maintain company CAD/BIM standards across all projects.
- Participate in design review meetings and support project execution teams with technical input.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Designer or Draftsman.
- Essential:
Strong hands‑on experience in BIM (Revit / Civil 3D). - Essential:
Expert proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D). - Preferred:
Experience in fit‑out and interior coordination projects. - Strong knowledge of local building codes and design standards.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong preference for candidates who can join immediately.
