We are seeking a diligent and experienced Tendering Engineer to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar
. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in securing new projects by preparing and submitting competitive and accurate tenders, directly contributing to our continued growth and success.

The Technical Engineer (Tendering Department) is responsible for the technical and engineering deliverables of tender submissions. This includes preparing, customizing, and compiling project execution documentation such as Project Execution Plans, Method Statements, Construction Methodologies, and Technical Presentations. The role also involves developing project-specific layouts (mobilization, site logistics, tower crane, and sequencing), coordinating with the Planning Engineer, and ensuring all technical documents are compliant with tender requirements and submission deadlines.

• Prepare, compile, and finalize the technical components of tender submissions in accordance with tender instructions and client requirements.
• Develop and update Project Execution Plans, Construction Methodologies, and Method Statements tailored to each project.
• Prepare Mobilization Layouts, Site Logistics Layouts, Tower Crane Layouts, and Construction Sequencing Layouts (in coordination with the Planning Engineer).
• Ensure all technical drawings and layouts are accurate, properly formatted, and consistent with tender requirements and project scale.
• Maintain and regularly update HSE Manuals and QA/QC Manuals, ensuring they are project-specific and aligned with corporate standards and uniform formatting.
• Work on multiple tenders simultaneously, managing priorities to ensure all technical deliverables are completed ahead of bid deadlines.
• Review tender documents and scope of works to extract relevant technical and engineering requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the Tendering, Estimation, and Planning teams to ensure consistency and compliance across all submissions.
• Prepare post-tender technical presentations outlining the proposed technical approach, construction methodology, and mobilization plan for management and client presentations.
• Maintain an organized database of standard technical templates, layouts, and drawings for reuse and adaptation.
• Ensure all technical documents are properly filed, version-controlled, and archived for future reference.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering – mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a contracting or construction environment, preferably within or supporting a Tendering Department.
• Strong experience in preparing Project Execution Plans, Method Statements, Construction Methodologies, and related technical submissions.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Primavera P6 coordination is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Revit and BIM processes is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications independently.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken);
  Arabic speaking preferred.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent tender submissions under tight deadlines.

• Experience in post-tender technical presentations and proposal documentation.
• Familiarity with Qatar construction standards and authorities (Ashghal, Lusail, Qatar Energy, etc.).
• Knowledge of HSE and QA/QC documentation structure and their integration into tender submissions.
• Working knowledge of Revit and BIM environments.
