Offshore Installation Methods Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Installation Methods Engineer to lead and oversee critical offshore engineering activities, particularly in shallow water cable installation projects. This role involves preparing comprehensive engineering packages, managing technical interfaces, and providing technical support during all phases of installation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop complete engineering installation packages, including procedures, rigging drawings, and checklists.
- Collaborate with the installation analysis team, reviewing design and analysis reports.
- Oversee operations, from material procurement and vessel mobilization to subcontractor coordination.
- Provide technical assistance during mobilization, testing, and installation phases.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and draftsmen to prepare installation documentation.
- Master’s degree in Mechanical/Civil (preferable) or other Engineering degree.
- Minimum 5-10 years in installation engineering with hands‑on offshore and yard experience.
- Proficiency in Office tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Strong knowledge of offshore T&I codes and standards (e.g., DNV, API).
