This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a BIM Coordinator, based in Doha, Qatar. The BIM Coordinator will manage and coordinate building information models across various disciplines such as architecture, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. Key responsibilities include overseeing BIM processes, facilitating project collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring model accuracy, and contributing to effective project delivery. Additionally, the role involves supporting project management teams and ensuring compliance with BIM standards.
Qualifications- Proficiency in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- 4‑7 years experience
- Strong understanding of Architecture and design principles
- Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Knowledge of Project Management best practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in industry‑standard BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit or Navisworks
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or relevant field
- Experience in large‑scale construction projects is an advantage
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and international BIM practices
- Civil 3D is a plus
