Site Engineer

Job Description

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site for road projects.
• Ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and Ashghal standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, work performed, and site conditions.

Support the senior engineers in reporting and client coordination.

Qualification requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in road construction projects.
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects in Qatar is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Ashghal standards, road design, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
