We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer with hands‑on experience in the GCC construction environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, and supervising civil engineering projects to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, schedule, and budget.

• Lead and manage civil engineering activities across project phases including planning, design review, execution, and close‑out.
• Prepare, review, and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with engineering standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Supervise and guide site engineers, technicians, and construction staff.
• Monitor project progress and prepare periodic reports, including daily/weekly site reports and project documentation.
• Assist in procurement of materials and services, ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to HSE policies and promote a culture of safety on site.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the GCC construction industry (Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, or Oman).
• Strong understanding of civil infrastructure, concrete works, utilities, roads, and structural elements.
• Proficient in engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Office; Primavera/MS Project is a plus).
• Excellent analytical, technical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and team‑leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of local codes, standards, and regulatory practices in the GCC region.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
