Rotational assignment

We are seeking experienced Coiled Tubing Supervisors to join our team for a major oil and gas project in Qatar. The assignment is expected to commence in December 2025 and will run for approximately 9 months on a rotational basis. The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising coiled tubing operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company and client standards.

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of coiled tubing operations on site.
• Ensure all activities comply with HSE policies, operational standards, and client requirements.
• Plan and execute well intervention programs in collaboration with the operations team.
• Oversee equipment preparation, maintenance, and rig‑up/rig‑down activities.
• Monitor job progress and provide technical support and troubleshooting as required.
• Maintain accurate job reports, records, and daily operational logs.
• Lead and mentor coiled tubing crews to ensure safe and efficient job execution.
• Liaise effectively with client representatives, engineers, and other service providers.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in coiled tubing operations, including supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of coiled tubing equipment, operations, and downhole tools.
• Offshore experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid offshore medical, BOSIET, and other relevant certifications (preferred).
• Must be currently available and ready for immediate mobilization.
