• Proven minimum 5 years experience in Qatar in civil works, concrete repairs, scanning works, coring, cutting.
• Experience in demolition and dismantling will be an advantage.
• Experience in oil and gas will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in report writing, document preparation, and data analysis, engineering software (AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office.
• Preferably with experience in supervising project teams.
• Expertise in site supervision, quality control, and workforce management.
• Knowledge of local authority regulations, industry standards, and market practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under high‑pressure environments.
• Prepare daily and weekly work targets.
• Allocate manpower and resources based on project requirements.
• Identify and request necessary tools and equipment for site activities.
• Conduct and attend inspections with consultants.
• Raise Work Inspection Requests (WIR) and Material Inspection Requests (MIR) for quality assurance.
• Monitor project progress in line with the approved schedule.
• Ensure all activities comply with company QHSE policies and objectives.
• Available in Qatar
• UPDA certification is required.
• A valid Qatar driving license is preferred
