- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents based on drawings and specifications.
- Conduct cost analysis, feasibility studies, and value engineering assessments.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement processes.
- Monitor project budgets and provide cost control throughout project execution.
- Prepare interim payment applications, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients on financial matters.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all contractual and cost-related documents.
