Job Type: Full-time

• Oversee Preventive and Reactive Maintenance

  Manage MEP systems (HVAC, pumps, lighting, fire life safety, and tunnel ventilation) to ensure uninterrupted road and tunnel operations in line with SFG
  20, QCS, and NFPA standards.

• Asset & Lifecycle Management

  Lead inspection programs, asset condition reporting, and replacement planning to extend asset life and reduce unplanned downtime.

• Interface with Authorities & Stakeholders

  Coordinate with clients, traffic police, civil defense, and road operations teams for work permits, diversions, and emergency interventions.

• Project Planning & Resource Optimization

  Develop and monitor manpower, materials, and subcontractor schedules, ensuring cost control and adherence to project KPIs and SLAs.

• HSE & Compliance Leadership

  Enforce tunnel safety protocols, confined space entry procedures, LOTO, and ensure compliance with QHSE regulations and client requirements.

• Technical Mastery in MEP & Tunnel Systems

  Deep understanding of electrical distribution, PLC/SCADA systems, firefighting, and tunnel ventilation control.

• Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  Proven ability to streamline workflows, improve response times, and enhance reliability using CAFM systems and data-driven KPIs.

• Leadership & Team Development

  Skilled at leading multi-disciplinary teams (MEP technicians, engineers, HSE officers) across multiple shifts and high-risk environments.

• Risk Management & Decision-Making

  Strong capacity to assess operational risks, prioritize maintenance interventions, and make real-time decisions during incidents or outages.

• Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

  Excellent written and verbal communication for technical reports, incident summaries, and client presentations.

• Experience:
