Senior Civil Engineer – Qatar

Their dedication to excellence and expertise have earned them a prominent position within the industry. We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to be based in Qatar.

• Lead and manage complex civil engineering projects, particularly those related to treated/waste water infrastructure.
• Oversee design, construction, and implementation of projects ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Manage and mentor junior engineering team members, providing guidance and technical expertise.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors to ensure timely and cost‑effective project completion.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Analyze complex engineering data and translate it into actionable insights for project decision‑making.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring clear and accurate communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field from a reputable university in North America, Western Europe, or Australia.
• Professional licensure as a Chartered Engineer (or equivalent) in a relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the design, construction, and management of treated/waste water projects.
• Proven experience in managing and collaborating with contractors ensuring project success.
