About the Role:

Edama FM is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the facility management and maintenance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new AMC sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored maintenance solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and follow up diligently.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Proven experience in sales within the FM or MEP industry, specifically in AMCs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance systems and operations.
  • Valid Qatar driving license.
