Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all ITB/Bids are well received, documented and well evaluated.
• Define the work scope and work on the timeline provided.
• Ensure that all company procedures and checklists are followed before finalizing each and every ITB.
• Fully understand project requirement and Sub‑contractor responsibilities.
• Liaise efficiently with relevant departments within the organization.
• Meet and correspond with the client whenever required to optimize the proposal.
• Check and sign all compliance documents before submission to the client on time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum degree in any technical qualification.
• At least one (1) year of full‑time experience in commercial, proposal and estimation, preferably on project and construction related works.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of commercial and technical bidding processes.
• Ability to work independently with good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Team player able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to liaise with vendors, suppliers and clients.
• Self‑motivated, self‑learner, able to work under pressure and long hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, New grad

Ability to commute/relocate:
Doha – reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
