We are seeking a highly skilled Panel Design Engineer with strong expertise in Switchgear Panel design, project scheduling, resource allocation and cost optimization. In this role, you will take full ownership of engineering design, layout preparation, and technical documentation to support high-quality switch gear production that meets international standards.

• Develop detailed switch gear panel designs, including GA drawings, SLDs, wiring diagrams, and layout plans.
• Review project specifications and authority's standards using AutoCAD/EPLAN.
• Conduct electrical analysis to ensure panels are optimized for performance, reliability, and safety and perform load calculation, fault studies and other relevant design computations to ensure proper operation and safety of Panel.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), technical data sheets, and engineering documentation.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure on-time and within-budget.
• Provide engineering support during testing, commissioning, and technical clarifications with clients.
• Ensure all designs follow safety and quality requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in switch gear panel design.
• Strong knowledge of IEC standards, electrical components, and switch gear configurations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / EPLAN and engineering design tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
