Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Doha, Qatar, for the position of Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, designing and recommending technical solutions, and providing expert consultation. Daily tasks include technical support, responding to customer inquiries, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships while ensuring timely follow‑up and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in B2B Sales and a solid understanding of technical products
  • Ability to manage client relationships and provide tailored solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in ELV, Switchgear, or Automation systems is a plus
  • Excellent problem‑solving and project management skills
  • Willingness to work on‑site and travel locally as needed
