PRECAST FACTORY, Urgently looking for the positions below, please only who is related to the same failed (PRECAST)

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all precast concrete erection activities at the project site.
• Review erection drawings, method statements, and lifting plans before site execution.
• Ensure erection works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Plan and schedule daily erection activities in coordination with project and site teams.
• Verify the availability and readiness of cranes, lifting equipment, and manpower before each operation.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor alignment, leveling, and joint accuracy of precast elements.
• Ensure proper grouting, joint sealing, and connection details are executed correctly.
• Liaise with design, production, transport, and quality control teams for smooth erection flow.
• Ensure the stability and temporary support of precast elements until permanent connections are secured.
• Maintain records of daily erection progress, manpower, equipment usage, and material consumption.
• Identify and report any technical issues or discrepancies to the site manager or project engineer.
• Coordinate with safety officers to implement site safety procedures and lifting permits.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure rigging and erection crews follow safety protocols.
• Verify and approve erection checklists, dimension reports, and alignment tolerances.
• Participate in pre‑erection and post‑erection inspections with QA/QC teams and consultants.
• Support the project team during load tests, joint inspections, and final acceptance works.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure quality workmanship at all erection stages.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of erection methods, efficiency, and safety performance.
