Key Responsibilities:

• Planning & Scheduling
  • Develop and update project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
  • Prepare detailed work programs, manpower histograms, and resource allocation plans.
  • Monitor site progress against the baseline schedule and identify any delays or deviations.
  • Propose recovery plans and corrective actions to keep the project on track.
• Site Coordination
  • Coordinate daily site activities with engineers, subcontractors, and supervisors.
  • Ensure the timely availability of materials, drawings, and resources as per the work program.
  • Liaise with consultants and clients regarding inspections, approvals, and progress updates.
• Technical & Quality Control
  • Review IFC drawings and report any discrepancies or conflicts.
  • Ensure all civil and structural works are executed as per approved shop drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct inspections to maintain quality and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to maintain site standards.
• Reporting
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports with updated schedules and progress photos.
  • Maintain records of work done, delays, and site issues.
  • Support the preparation of interim payment certificates (IPC) based on progress achieved.
