Mechanical / Boiler Engineer with strong technical and project experience in industrial steam systems and in-depth understanding of the Qatar market. His key competencies include :

• Operation, maintenance, annual overhauling, descaling, and troubleshooting of steam & hot water boilers.
• Burner servicing, combustion tuning, gas valve train checks, safety interlock inspection, and calibration as per standards.
• Piping works including fabrication & installation of SS, MS, PPR, HDPE, COPPER , e.t.c, for steam lines, condensate systems, PRVs, steam traps, separators, and complete clean steam generator installations.
• Execution of hydrotesting, flushing, insulation / cladding, commissioning, and shutdown activities with proper manpower planning.
• Preparation of BOQs, estimation, techno-commercial proposals, method statements, risk assessments, and O&M documentation.
• Strong coordination with clients, OEMs, procurement, QA / QC, and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Experience across hospitals (HMC), hotels, oil & gas plants, food industries, and facility management sectors.
• Skilled in troubleshooting PRV stations, steam traps, condensate recovery units, and improving steam system efficiency.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, valve datasheets, and OEM documents.
• Capable of preparing maintenance reports, shutdown schedules, asset lists, and calibration logs.
• Able to lead technicians, welders, and helpers while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
• Strong experience in preparing BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimations for steam system and boiler-related works.
• Ability to prepare and evaluate techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and scope-of-work documents.
• Understanding of vendor evaluation, price comparison, and assisting procurement in finalizing suppliers.
• Competent in project budgeting, resource planning, and tracking job profitability.
