HSE Officer

Overview

We are seeking experienced and motivated HSE Officers to join our team for oil and gas projects. The HSE Officer will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across site operations. This is a full time, site based role requiring strong field experience and hands on safety leadership.

• Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
• Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Identify potential hazards and implement corrective and preventive measures
• Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training
• Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the workforce
• Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation
• Support incident investigations and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure the safety and well being of all site personnel

• NEBOSH certification is mandatory
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the oil and gas sector
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and HSE best practices
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining EHS management systems
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to enforce safety protocols effectively
