As Lead Service Specialist AMO you will ensure that safe and reliable AMO is delivered to global AMO organization in a cost effective and efficient manner without harm to people or the environment. Our Repair and Maintenance team provides high-quality service for maintaining equipment in accordance with operating specifications and maintenance strategies:
As Lead Service Specialist AMO, you will be responsible for
- Ensuring 100% compliance and adherence to Baker Hughes HSE as well as Quality policies and procedures.
- Managing activities of AMO workshop to support ongoing operation and aligning production to meet operational activity demands.
- Working closely with materials team to ensure planning, ordering and on-time-delivery of parts to support AMO activity.
- Taking ownership to drive KPI monitoring and improvements in the area of responsibility.
- Developing and managing budget compliance; making recommendations on workplace, facility, and tooling requirements.
- Coordinating specifications and procurement of capital expenditures to efficiently support AMO operation.
- Responsible for planning, coordinating and direction of all maintenance operations, up to and including installation of equipment, preventative maintenance, and facility/equipment repair to support operations.
- Ensures competent technical workforce to conduct business. This includes, hiring, training, and developing a competent workforce to match operational activity.
- Handles special projects, as assigned
- Communication with internal and external customers within the region as well as globally.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical or equivalent.
- Have 4 years of experience in Services). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul.
- Must be able to demonstrate leadership and analytical skills.
- Have knowledge of AMO processes and procedure and their implementation is required.
- Be self-contained, self-motivated, and demonstrated leadership skills to lead a small to medium AMO Team and shop operation.
- Speak fluent English
