The Animator is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering a wide range of recreational activities for guests. This role requires a dynamic, outgoing individual who can engage with guests of all ages, ensuring they have an enjoyable and active experience.
- Develop and schedule a variety of land‑based sports activities such as soccer, volleyball, basketball, tennis, and other recreational games.
- Actively lead and participate in the activities, providing clear instructions, demonstrations, and encouragement to participants.
- Interact with guests to promote participation in activities, ensuring they are engaged and enjoying the experience.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to safety standards, providing proper equipment, and supervising activities at all times.
- Organize and manage tournaments, competitions, and special events related to land sports, ensuring they run smoothly and are well‑attended.
- Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of sports equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.
- Collect feedback from children and parents to continually improve the quality of the Kids Club experience.
- Provide excellent customer service by being approachable, friendly, and responsive to guests’ needs and requests.
- Keep records of attendance, inventory, and activity outcomes, and report any issues or concerns to the Supervisor or Entertainment Manager.
- Be fully aware of the club's facilities, timings, promotions, and prices.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification in Education, Recreation, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in sports coaching, fitness instruction, or a similar role in hospitality or entertainment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity in planning and leading activities.
