Operations Manager (Theme Park)

Dugong Adventure World is Qatar's first homegrown theme park brand, based on an animated character, proudly created and owned in Qatar. Inspired by Qatari culture, innovation, and creativity, our park redefines family entertainment through original concepts and global experience.

Lead our operations team and bring the true spirit of Qatar into every guest experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in theme park, leisure or large-scale entertainment operations.
• Proven leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong understanding of Qatar's leisure and entertainment sector.
• Extensive professional network and database within Qatar.
• Active, energetic, and always happy personality that inspires team spirit and positivity.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational systems.
• Driving license is a must.
