E3 is known for its innovative services and products, delivering customized, turn‑key entertainment solutions and event services to malls, hotels, resorts, corporate events, and family entertainment centers.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all AV and lighting setups for events, festivals, and play areas.
• Install, operate, and dismantle sound, lighting, video, LED, and projection systems.
• Supervise trussing system setup and ensure all rigging complies with safety and engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve audio, lighting, and visual issues during rehearsals and live events.
• Conduct regular inspection, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of AV and trussing equipment.
• Manage equipment inventory, storage, and transportation logistics.
• Ensure all AV setups meet E3's quality and safety standards.

• Collaborate with event managers, creative, and operations teams to design and implement technical concepts.
• Lead, train, and supervise AV technicians and temporary staff during events.
• Coordinate with suppliers, rental vendors, and subcontractors for specialized equipment and technical support.
• Monitor event budgets related to AV resources, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Maintain clear communication with site supervisors and management during event execution.

• Stay updated on emerging AV technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements or new tools.
• Support the creative team in conceptualizing immersive experiences using advanced AV and lighting systems.
• Implement best practices for cable management, equipment safety, and power distribution.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Audio Engineering, Sound Technology, Event Production, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing or operating AV systems for events, entertainment venues, or hospitality projects.
• Proven hands‑on experience with trussing systems, lighting control, sound mixing, video projection, and LED screen operations.
• Strong understanding of signal flow, DMX, and electrical safety standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and handle live event pressure.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and long hours during event periods.

• Familiarity with automation systems, projection mapping, and stage effects.
• Experience working on outdoor large‑scale events and family entertainment activations.
• Knowledge of rigging safety certifications is an advantage.
• Creative mindset with technical precision and attention to detail.
