Artan Holding is seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager in Doha, Qatar to lead the Group's budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting functions across the Holding Company and its subsidiaries.
Reporting to the Group Head of Finance (GHOF), the Finance Manager will play a key role in driving financial performance, strengthening financial controls and supporting strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and re-forecasting processes across the Group.
- Oversee budget monitoring, variance analysis and financial performance reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury operations and banking relationships.
- Strengthen internal controls, financial governance and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and account reconciliations.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of 4–5 Senior Accountants.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions and cost optimization.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA or CMA) is preferred.
- 8–10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Experience managing finance operations within a multi-entity group structure.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, treasury, financial controls and audit management.
- Advanced Excel and ERP systems proficiency.
- Excellent leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
