We are seeking a skilled and creative Barber/Hair Stylist for immediate placement in high-end salons and grooming lounges in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, a passion for trend-setting styles, and outstanding customer service to cater to an international clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of hair services including precision cutting, styling, classic and modern shaving, beard grooming, coloring, and hair treatments for male and/or female clients.
Conduct thorough client consultations to understand desires and recommend suitable styles and products.
Maintain the highest standards of salon hygiene, including strict sterilization of all tools and equipment after each client.
Achieve individual and team sales targets for hair care products and premium services.
Assist in managing salon inventory and ensuring the work station is clean, stocked, and organized.
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products in the global fashion industry.
Provide a luxurious and professional client experience to ensure repeat business and build a personal client portfolio.
Mandatory Requirements:
Certified professional with a valid diploma in hairdressing/barbering.
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on salon experience with a verifiable portfolio of work.
Proficiency in modern haircuts (fades, tapers), straight‑razor shaves, coloring techniques, and chemical treatments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Basic English is required;
Arabic is a significant advantage.
Must pass a mandatory medical fitness test for visa processing.
Must be prepared to undergo a practical trade test (in‑person or via recorded video) as part of the recruitment process.
