Salary: 1200 QAR per month

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Doha. The Caregiver will be responsible for providing direct care to elderly individuals in our facility. The ideal candidate should have a friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.

• Assist elderly individuals with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and transferring
• Monitor the physical, mental and emotional conditions of clients and report any changes to the appropriate personnel
• Provide companionship to clients including conversation, outings and social activities
• Prepare meals according to dietary guidelines and assist clients with eating if needed
• Ensure that all safety requirements are met while providing care to clients
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate records of medication administration
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, changing bed linens and tidying up living areas as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience providing care to elderly individuals
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret medical instructions accurately
• Willingness to accept direction from nursing staff
