Clinical Social Worker

Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a highly qualified Clinical Social Worker on behalf of our esteemed client within the healthcare sector in Qatar.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnoses.
• Perform safety and risk assessments, implementing necessary interventions.
• Provide information, referrals, and education services to patients and their families.
• Offer supportive counselling and facilitate group therapy programs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, discharge procedures, and future planning for patients.
• Mediate familial conflicts and offer social support during crisis intervention and disaster management.
• Contribute to the development, evaluation, and improvement of social programs.
• Monitor, analyse, and assess public and social policies for their impact and effectiveness.
• Coordinate and prioritize available resources to optimize patient care

• Master's and bachelor’s degree in clinical social work.
• Eligibility for licensing in Qatar is mandatory.
• Valid license / registration certificate with requisite years of experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Clinical Social Work (including post-graduation) for non-Qatari applicants.
• For Qatari applicants, a minimum of 2 years' experience is required.
• 2 years of post-graduation experience for MSW.
• Preferred Nationalities :
  Lebanese, Jordanian, Algerian, Tunisian, Moroccan.
