Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily laboratory operations, conduct routine tests, maintain equipment, and ensure all procedures follow safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses according to established protocols
- Prepare, label, and analyze samples (blood, chemicals, materials, tissues, etc.)
- Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
- Record and document test results accurately in lab systems
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Assist with inventory management of supplies and reagents
- Support senior staff with experiments and research tasks
- Communicate findings and report abnormalities to supervisors
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards (CLIA, OSHA, etc.)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a scientific field preferred
- More than 2 years of experience
- QCHP License is a must
- Basic understanding of laboratory safety procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle lab equipment safely (Flexibility)
