We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and expanding our market presence within the assigned territory.

• Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective territory planning and execution.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure consistent product visibility and brand presence.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, therapeutic areas, competitor products, and market trends.
• Organize and participate in product presentations, medical meetings, and promotional activities.
• Collect market feedback and share insights with the management team to support business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, call plans, and activity updates.

• Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and therapeutic segments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned territory effectively.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Valid driving license.
