Al Jazeera Medical Center is a leading healthcare provider in Doha, Qatar, dedicated to offering exceptional patient care. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Physiotherapist to join our expanding Rehabilitation Services team.

This role requires a practitioner who is culturally sensitive, highly skilled, and committed to helping patients achieve optimal recovery and mobility.

• Assessment & Diagnosis:
  Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations on female patients referred by physicians, identifying the cause of functional limitations, movement dysfunction, and pain.
• Treatment Planning:
  Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment programs using a variety of evidence‑based techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, electrotherapy, and patient education.
• Documentation & Compliance:
  Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in compliance with the clinic's standards and Qatar's Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP) regulations.

  Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to promote long‑term health and independence.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with referring physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to ensure integrated and holistic patient management.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy (or higher).
• Licensing:
  Must hold a current, valid license to practice. Eligibility for or possession of the Qatar DHP license is mandatory.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3 years of post‑graduate clinical experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a hospital or medical center setting.
• Skills:
  • Strong clinical reasoning and hands‑on skills in manual therapy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage).
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  • High degree of cultural sensitivity and professionalism.
