Education :Full-time BSc. Degree in Neurophysiology & Valid ABRET Credential as one of the following :
- R. EEG T. Electroencephalographic (EEG) Technologists
- R. EPT. Evoked Potential (EP) Technologist
- CNIM Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring Technologist
- CLTM Long Term Monitoring Technologists
- CAP Automatic Testing Professionals
- CMEG Magnetoencephalography Technology
- NA-CLTM Neuro Analysts
2+ Year clinical licensed experience.
Skilled in neurophysiological electrodiagnostic tests and equipment and technical reports such as :
- NCS / EMG - Nerve conduction studies / Electromyography
- EEG - Electroencephalography
- EPs - Evoked Potentials
Must hold a valid home-country license to practice.
SpecificationJoin the Neurosciences department to record high-quality neurophysiological electrodiagnostic tests (EEG, EMG / NCS, EPs), ensure patient safety during studies (and selected surgeries), and produce clear technical reports that support rapid clinical decision-making.
Reports to the Neurophysiology Operations Manager.
Core / functional competencies include patient-first focus, responsibility, teamwork, communication, technical skills, attention to detail, and a drive to advance and integrate best practices.
Key Responsibilities :- Operate neurodiagnostic equipment and record EEG, EMG / nerve conduction studies, and evoked potentials.
- Distinguish normal / abnormal activity and artefacts; annotate traces accurately.
- Generate concise technical reports (EEG, EPs, NCS).
- Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain diagnostic systems; uphold QA routines.
- Monitor patients during tests / surgical monitoring using EEG / EP / video systems.
- Train / supervise students and nurses as directed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the service.
