On behalf of our client - Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Clinic Manager to lead a well-established healthcare facility in Qatar. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

• Manage the clinic's operations, including staff coordination, scheduling, and patient flow.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor the financial performance of the clinic, including budgeting and revenue management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of health and safety.
• Foster a positive work environment and implement staff training and development initiatives.
• Handle patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize clinical practices and patient care.

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a medical clinic or healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
