Taafi Nursing Services is seeking a highly experienced Care Services Director to lead the establishment, development, and expansion of our Private Nursing Services (PNS) operations in Qatar. This is a key strategic leadership position responsible for building the service from the ground up, driving business growth, and ensuring high‑quality, compliant care delivery.

• Lead the establishment and operational setup of Private Nursing Services (PNS) in Qatar
• Develop and implement business plans, service models, and growth strategies
• Oversee care services operations, including staffing, scheduling, and service delivery
• Lead project planning, timelines, and execution for new service launches
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations and authorities (DHP, Ministry of Public Health, MOL, etc.)
• Build and manage relationships with clients, hospitals, insurers, and stakeholders
• Contribute to recruitment, training, and performance management of nursing and caregiver teams
• Monitor service quality, KPIs, and client satisfaction
• Support budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency

• Proven experience in Private Nursing Services (PNS) or home healthcare within Qatar
• Demonstrated success in establishing or expanding a healthcare or care services business locally
• Strong background in business development, operations, and project planning
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong understanding of local healthcare regulations and market dynamics
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a start‑up/growth environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
