Grade 112 Rehab Program CoordinatorTotal Monthly Salary: 20,000 QAR | Non-Negotiable
Structured as follows:- Basic Salary
- Accommodation: Housing Provided
- Annual Leave: 40 days per year
- Flight Tickets: Economy Class - For employee, spouse, and up to 3 children aged 5–18 (annual, joining & repatriation)
- Baggage Allowance: Provided for joining & repatriation
- Schooling Assistance: 21,000 QAR per child per academic year (up to 3 children, ages 5–18)
- Family benefits are applicable only if dependents reside in Qatar under the employee’s sponsorship.
- All compensation and benefits are extended at the sole discretion of the employer.

Only candidates currently outside Qatar will be considered.
Full-Time EducationFull-time Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy.
Preferred Master's Degree / Postgraduate Qualification in Healthcare Management or Rehabilitation Sciences.
Minimum Experience7+Years clinical rehabilitation experience out of which 3 years as in supervisory interdisciplinary program coordination
Valid home-country license requiredLicense to practice must cover the minimum required experience.
SpecificationThe primary objective of this role is to lead, coordinate, and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs across designated hospitals and healthcare facilities. The position involves program development and expansion, staff supervision, operational oversight, and direct clinical involvement to ensure the highest standards of rehabilitative care.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the smooth operation of rehabilitation services and programs, aligning all activities with established goals, priorities, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders from rehabilitation departments, quality assurance, materials management, research, and statistics to maintain compliance with professional standards and clinical excellence.
- Uphold best practice standards by ensuring alignment with the defined scope of practice, relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
- Support the development, review, and distribution of rehabilitation-related policies, procedures, protocols, and clinical guidelines.
- Assist the Rehab Program Manager in integrating rehabilitation services across the organization, providing strategic guidance to enhance quality and continuity of care.
- Contribute to the creation of multidisciplinary clinical protocols that reflect international best practices and support evidence-based care delivery.
- Address and follow up on complaints escalated to the Rehab Program Manager, ensuring thorough investigation, resolution, and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for service innovation, integration, or process improvement to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Prepare the annual Rehabilitation Services performance report and coordinate the consolidation of individual departmental reports.
- Participate in the development and planning of rehabilitation-related projects, including capital investments and operating expenditures.
- Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as delegated.
