IT Project Manager
Job Scope
The IT Project Manager is accountable for handling clients’ technical projects in areas related to data center and network infrastructure, business continuity, disaster recovery, information and Cyber Security. S/He handles projects from planning to implementation through coordinating the needed resources, allocating budgets and measuring performance.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
Technical and Operations
- Coordinate and allocate internal resources to deliver customer outcomes as per signed agreement
- Ensure all projects delivered fall within time, scope, quality and cost constraints
- Assist in the definition of project success criteria and objectives involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and desired quality
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and cost using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance and manage issues and risks using appropriate tools and techniques
- Manage and maintain solid relationships with the client and all stakeholders
- Run project status meetings with clients and develop related reports accordingly
- Develop and manage project dependencies
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership
- Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs and oversee development plans
Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field
Experience
At least 7 years of relevant experience
