Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional front‑end development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
- Experience with a UI library like Ant Design or Material-UI and its components.
- Experience with Recoil or Redux for state management.
- Experience with React Query for data fetching and caching.
- Familiarity with modern front‑end build pipelines and tools.
- Skills to optimize frontend performance, minimize load times, and reduce resource usage.
- Proficiency in frontend testing frameworks (e.g. Jest, React Testing Library).
- Good communication skills to collaborate directly with designers and product managers to build delightful user experiences.
