Enterprise System Administrator I

Perform standard system administration support and services which includes installation, configuration, operation, management, troubleshooting, repairing, upgrading, inspecting and maintaining server systems, including administration of all core and functional services/systems for all of the organization’s networks.

• DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 (Security+) or higher
• Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA) or equivalent certification
• Associates degree in Computer Science or related field; or 4+ years of IT domain knowledge experience

• Support DHCP, Print Servers, GPOS, STIGs, and Permissions
• Manage SCCM and patch deployment
• Perform Systems Engineering tasks
• Resolve VMWare environment issues, design and implement VDI, manage VXRail, deploy VMWare patches
• Use Power Shell and PowerCLI
• Administer Net App OCSM, Snapmirror, and Net App best practices
• Maintain Cisco UCS, service profiles, and firmware updates

• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Ability to brief colleagues and leadership
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a high‑energy environment

• Contractor site with 0‑10% travel; possible off‑hours work to support releases and outages
• General office environment; sedentary work with occasional standing and walking (up to 10%)
• Strength demands:
  Sedentary with occasional lifting of small items (≤10 lbs)
• Physical requirements:
  
  Standing, walking, repetitive motion, hand/finger dexterity, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing stairs/ladders
