We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in leading data-driven, analytics, and statistics-focused projects
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex data initiatives, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery in line with organisational goals. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management, structured planning, and the ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment.

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of data, analytics, and statistics projects
  , ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across all project phases.

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate clear communication between business teams, data engineers, statisticians, and analysts.
• Conduct steering committees, progress updates, and presentations in both Arabic and English
  .
• Translate complex technical findings into simple insights for non‑technical stakeholders.

• Work closely with data teams to define project scope, statistical methodologies, and functional requirements.
• Oversee data quality assurance, metadata documentation, and validation processes.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
• Support and review analytical outputs, dashboards, and statistical reports.

• Implement best practices in project management, Agile or hybrid methodologies, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with organisational KPIs.
• Lead vendor or partner coordination when required.

• 5‑10+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  , ideally in data, analytics, statistics, or digital transformation
  .
• Strong understanding of data processing
  , data management
  , BI/reporting
  , and statistical analysis frameworks
  .
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including data engineers, statisticians, and analysts.
• Highly skilled in stakeholder engagement across business and technical environments.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMO frameworks).

• Experience working in the GCC, ideally Qatar, within government or semi‑government sectors.
• Background in national statistics, census projects, large data programs, or research programs.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, R, or data visualisation platforms (not required but beneficial).
