The UI/UX Designer supports the design of user interfaces and experiences for AI products. This role involves creating intuitive and engaging designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive product adoption. The UI/UX Designer ensures that all AI products meet high standards of usability and accessibility.
Responsibilities and Duties- Support the design and development of user interfaces and experiences for AI products.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and ensure alignment with product goals.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all AI products.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design and apply them to enhance the user experience.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices in all design activities.
- Prepare and present design proposals and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Participate in project planning and contribute to the development of project timelines and deliverables.
- Perform other duties relevant to the job as assigned by the Sr. UI/UX Designer or senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Usability Analyst (CUA), UX Certification) are preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design or related fields
- Experience in designing interfaces for AI or technology-focused products
- Strong proficiency in UI/UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and creativity in design
- In-depth understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices
- Familiarity with user research and usability testing methodologies
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Axure)
- User research and testing tools (e.g., User Testing, Optimal Workshop)
- Collaboration and communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams)
