• Execute communication and engagement activities to support Copilot rollout.
• Coordinate logistics for workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop and localize Arabic‑language content, including emails, guides, and visuals.
• Support internal reporting and feedback collection from participating entities.
• Ensure timely delivery of program milestones and maintain high‑quality execution standards.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and communications.
• Native Arabic speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and collaborating across teams.
• Experience in government or tech‑related projects is a plus.

This role is crucial to ensuring the successful implementation of the Microsoft Copilot Adoption Program. With a large and diverse stakeholder base, we need a dedicated Arabic‑speaking specialist who can:

• Communicate clearly and fluently with government teams in their native language.
• Coordinate and deliver program activities efficiently and on time.
• Support engagement and adoption by translating technical concepts into accessible, localized content.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints of the program.
