The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing end‑to‑end IT solutions that align with our business objectives. This role ensures that technology solutions are scalable, secure, and integrated with existing systems, supporting digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

• Solution Design & Architecture
• Develop comprehensive solution architectures for enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and integration projects.
• Create solution blueprints and technical roadmaps aligned with IT strategy and enterprise architecture standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with business units, project managers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture review boards and provide guidance on technology decisions.
• Integration & Implementation
Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems and platforms.
• Oversee technical validation and compliance with security, regulatory, and performance standards.
• Governance & Standards
• Enforce adherence to architecture principles, security policies, and data governance frameworks.
• Document architecture artifacts and maintain solution repositories.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support digital initiatives such as cloud adoption, data analytics, and smart energy solutions.

• Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications (TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, PMP) preferred.
• Experience
• Minimum 8–10 years in IT architecture roles, with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect in large‑scale enterprise environments.
• Experience in Oil & Gas or Energy sector is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills
• Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), integration technologies (APIs, ESB), and security principles.
• Familiarity with data platforms, ERP systems (SAP), and digital transformation technologies.
• Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Certifications (Preferred)
• TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solution Architect, PMP, ITIL
• Security certifications (CISSP, ISO
  27001) are a plus.
