We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Data Governance Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining data policies, standardizing key data elements (KDEs) and KPIs, and managing our metadata landscape through business glossaries and data lineage.

Working closely with data stewards, IT, and business units, you will implement a robust data quality framework and monitor its effectiveness. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in frameworks like DAMA-DMBOK and tools like Collibra to enhance data literacy and trust across the organization. Your ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business insights will be key to fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

This position requires a blend of technical acumen, analytical thinking, and strong stakeholder management skills to drive our data governance initiatives forward.

  • Proven ability in creating, maintaining, and managing data policies, standards, and processes.
  • Hands‑on experience in setting up and operating a Data Quality Framework, including rule definition, threshold setting, and monitoring.
  • Proficiency in metadata management, including building and maintaining business glossaries, data catalogs, and end‑to‑end data lineage.
  • Experience with Data Governance platforms, with a strong preference for Collibra.
  • Strong technical skills in data modeling (conceptual/logical), SQL‑based analysis, and data profiling.
  • In‑depth knowledge of data classification, compliance requirements, and data privacy best practices.
