We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture, data migration, and AI-powered systems, particularly in compliance-heavy environments. Experience with migrating data from SAP to Databricks is a significant plus.

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture for large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Lead architecture design for AI-powered systems, including private instance deployments of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures in compliance-heavy environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural alignment with business goals.
• Oversee data migration efforts, with emphasis on SAP to Databricks transitions.
• Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of all architectural solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to solution architects and engineering teams.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and digital transformation.
• Proven experience in data migration projects, especially from SAP to Databricks.
• Strong understanding of AI system design, including private LLM instances.
• Hands-on experience with RAG architecture in regulated industries.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
