We are seeking a dedicated UX Specialist to ensure our digital products deliver intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences. In this role, you will be pivotal in aligning our interfaces with both user needs and core business objectives. Your responsibilities will span the full UX lifecycle, including conducting user research, creating detailed wireframes and prototypes, and performing rigorous usability testing. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to champion user‑centered design across our web and mobile platforms.

A key part of your role will be maintaining and evolving our design systems to ensure consistency and compliance with WCAG accessibility standards. By analyzing user behavior and feedback, you will drive data‑informed enhancements and contribute directly to customer satisfaction and overall product success.

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in UX design, user research, and usability testing.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Demonstrable hands‑on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps.
  • Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
  • Experience validating interfaces against Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
  • Proven ability to create, maintain, and evolve design systems and style guides.
  • Experience using analytics and user feedback to drive iterative design improvements.
  • Ability to produce clear UX documentation, including research findings and design specifications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in UX Design (e.g., NN/g, HFI), Usability, or Accessibility.
  • Familiarity with front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS).
  • Experience conducting A/B experiments to optimize user experience.
