Oracle EBS HCM – Functional Consultant

Salary - QAR 21000

• Minimum 8+ years of Oracle EBS HCM Modules
• Proficient in Arabic

• Functional expertise in Oracle EBS HCM modules.

• Work with SAP business user and SAP IT staff to understand business requirements for new application development and improvements to existing applications.
• Perform necessary analysis to obtain new functional specifications and requirements from the business user and work with technical support consultants to transform the functional specifications into clear and concise technical specifications.
• Provide needed functional support and enhancement for SAP mobile applications.
• Provide needed functional support for integration and interfaces with other SAP systems.
• Provide needed support for BL developers to design and develop new BL reports, amend, and enhance existing reports.
• Provide needed support for Oracle ERP technical consultants to design and develop new ERP components, and amend and enhance existing components.
• Provide on-job training sessions for SAP staff, which covers all modules.
• Provide complete documentation and knowledge sharing with SAP staff for all types of functional support activities, which covers all modules.
• Participate in the testing process and apply necessary functional testing concepts to programs developed or enhanced.
• Meet regularly with technical support consultants to manage work plan and deliverables: and obtain updates on status of ongoing development.
• Raise awareness of any risks/issues requiring mitigation, escalation and resolution.
• Strong knowledge is required for Oracle EBS HCM modules.
• Strong knowledge in documentation methodologies (OUM/AIM).
