How You’ll Contribute

As a Senior Associate – L&D Project Management at PwC Academy Middle East, you will play a pivotal role in driving large‑scale learning and capability‑building initiatives that enable our clients to achieve their transformation goals. You will manage the end‑to‑end delivery of learning projects — from planning and stakeholder engagement to execution and evaluation — ensuring that every engagement delivers measurable impact and excellence.

Working at the intersection of project management and learning design, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, clients and internal teams to create seamless, high‑quality learning experiences that shape the future of talent development in UAE and across the region.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Plan and organise delivery, including handover from BD team, R&Q completion, engagement letter signing, systems setup and scheduling.
  • Initiate client setup in PwC internal systems and databases.
  • Coordinate kick‑off meetings with stakeholders.
  • Engage internal and external SMEs during the planning phase.
  • Develop project plans, schedule resources, initiate SME contracts, and arrange logistics for training delivery.
  • Create and execute a communication plan.
  • Manage content development: communicate expectations to stakeholders regarding content, quality, and timelines.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with the plan, performing quality checks during training.
  • Conduct quality control on materials and client deliverables.
  • Analyse and manage project risks; gather and analyse client and participant feedback.
  • Analyse trainer performance and overall trainer management.
  • Manage project economics and reporting, including reviewing and updating PTs, monthly dashboard updates and revenue forecasting.
