QNBN is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale telecommunications projects, including fiber rollout and infrastructure implementations. This role is critical for ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of strategic projects that support Qatar’s advanced connectivity goals.

Job Description:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project execution, from planning to delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational objectives. You will coordinate across engineering, planning, and operations teams, manage risks, and maintain detailed documentation for seamless handovers. This position offers the opportunity to work on transformative telecom initiatives in a dynamic environment, driving operational excellence and innovation.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of telecom implementation projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned with organizational objectives
• Coordinate across engineering, planning, and operations teams for smooth execution
• Identify and mitigate project risks, reporting issues and recommending corrective actions
• Ensure full project documentation and proper handover to stakeholders
• Track and report project performance, providing leadership with progress updates
• Promote process improvement and consistency across all projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
• PMP, Prince2, or PMI certification (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing telecom-related projects (fiber rollout, OSP/ISP implementation, service delivery)
• Strong understanding of telecom project life cycles, permitting, and field execution
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with large-scale fiber deployment projects
• Familiarity with telecom regulatory requirements in the Middle East
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Jira)
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and quality assurance processes
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments
