Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qatar, for an Information Technology Supervisor. The role involves overseeing IT operations, providing technical support, addressing troubleshooting needs, and maintaining systems to ensure smooth functionality. The supervisor will lead and manage the IT team, coordinating efforts to achieve departmental goals while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and security protocols. This position requires collaboration across departments to identify and implement technology solutions effectively.

• Proficiency in Information Technology, including system administration and hardware/software knowledge
• Experience in providing Technical Support and resolving Troubleshooting issues efficiently
• Strong Team Leadership and Team Management skills to oversee and guide an IT team
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, or equivalent) are advantageous
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
